Our Contract
When you place an order with Delight Homewares, this represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product(s) to you.
Availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website and cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that despatch estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed despatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and offer you an alternative or refund on that item.
Despite our best efforts and intentions a small number of products may be priced incorrectly. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Ordering
When placing an order you must only order products in accordance with the instructions on this website and pay for the products in full by authorising us to charge your PayPal or Bank Account.
While we will endeavour to fulfil your order, we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil an order, or we are unable to supply the products in your order. No contract for sale and purchase of products will be formed, or variation or cancellation made, until we confirm acceptance of your order, variation, or cancellation. Some products may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to alter, upgrade or discontinue any product or information contained on the website without any prior notice.
We may cancel orders if we believe that they are fraudulent, or if an error has occurred including, without limitation, listing with an incorrect price or information.
Transactions may be charged by “Brightsphere Pty Ltd”.
Credit Card Transactions via Stripe will show as “DELIGHT HW”
Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%.The price for all products will be as quoted on the website at the time of placing your order. Delight Homewares reserves the right to change pricing at any time at our discretion and without prior notice.
Payment Options
Delight Homewares currently accepts payment from Australian customers only via PayPal Credit Card payments (via Stripe) or direct Bank Transfer.
Payment processing fees
Payments via Paypal and Credit card incur a payment processing fee. The fees applied vary depending on the payment processor. Delight Homewares does not pass these processing fees to it’s customers orders.
Tax
Payment must be effected in the manner described on the website. Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

Burn Time and Dimensions
Actual burn times of our candles depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.
